Fees & Registration
Our term fees cover the costs incurred by the Club for tuition, costume hire/purchases, administration fees, hall/theatre hire, competition fees & medal purchases and are paid in 3 instalments during the year. All performers are also required to pay a Compulsory registration fee with Calisthenics Victoria (CV).
Registration Fees
All performers must be registered with Calisthenics Victoria through Revolutionise Sport in order to perform by 1st of March, this will be invoiced when you do your Club/Calisthenics Victoria Registration.

Club Term Fees
An invoice will be issued within the first three weeks of terms 1, 2 & 3 detailing the fees owing for that term. Payment must be made within two weeks of the invoice being issued using payment methods specified. Attached below is the 2024 Club Fee Structure for performers ONLY.

FAMILY DISCOUNT: Will be offered to those families with more than one member at the club. A $10 discount is applied for the second and subsequent family members on term fees only. Please Note: Family discount excludes life members.

2024 Registration
NEW MEMBERS: If you are new to Ashgrove or are interested in giving calisthenics a go, please contact us for more information. FIRST TWO CLASSES ARE FREE! For New Members, registration must be completed after attending your first two trial classes.
RETURNING MEMBERS: ALL members must be registered and paid up with Calisthenics Victoria by the due date to continue classes.
COACHES: The Club Coaches are required to complete registration via this portal by 11th of February. IF you are a performer and coach, then you only need to complete your registration once by chosing the applicable registration fee.
VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers of the Club are also required to complete registration via this portal. This Volunteers include Committee Members, Wardrobe Co-ordinators and Class Reps. NO fee payment is required.
