Calisthenics is the sport with performing at it's heart.
Calisthenics combines the arts of dance, ballet and gymnastics to create a unique Australian sport.
Calisthenics develops strong skills including team work, coordination, confidence, discipline and technique, as well as provides life-long friendships.
